Is there a softer side of strong leadership?

I recently saw the movie, “Lincoln,” and it got me thinking about his leadership style. By the way, it is an excellent movie – go see it.

    You are correct....Lincoln was a strong leader with a softer side that was caring and funny.

    I, too enjoyed this movie, and it shows us strong leaders can have a "human side' as well.
