Handling difficult co-workers

As more and more people thankfully re-join the workforce,
they will also be re-introduced to difficult co-workers from time to time.
Maybe, they will encounter the person who constantly
complains. Perhaps, it will be the co-worker that always seems to be in
everyone’s business.
Whatever the concern, here are some tips on how to deal:

Great article! I have been in a very difficult situation in a past job and this information may have helped. Bottom line, as the article states, sometimes it just is not worth clinging to work or co-workers that makes you unhappy. Life is too short. When you find the right fit, everything else, seems to flow much more smoothly.
