So you are looking for a job? You have bought your interview clothes, got a hair cut, printed your resume, combed the ads in newspapers, the Internet, EFM and friends, gone to the networking socials and have spent the past months answering every question under the sun about you that is professionally possible. Months have gone by and you are tired of answering these same questions over and over. "Why did you leave your last job, what makes you special, what are your skills, what can you offer us", etc. etc. etc. And you have begun to ask yourself, who comes up with these questions?
